  1. Drink lots of  water 

    Water should be not followed immediately after the meal. It should be consumed after 30 min of meal and the position should be seated.Drinking water while standing is a wrong practise and causes knee problems after a certain age.To have a control on  your diet try to consume water before your meal.
  2. Drink Green Tea after every meal

    Try to replace your Tea from high caffeine to low caffeine and the best substitute is Green Tea.Green Tea can be followed with every meal.It helps to leg up immunity and inner health in longer terms. 
     
  3. Eat lots of Fibre

    Increase the content of Fibre food to reduce calories.Fibre is of two types.One is soluble which absorb water and convert it into gel during digestion .
